The Seven Churches: Thyartira

Pastor Jon goes over the “church of tolerance” of Thyatira in Revelation 2:18-29. In these verses, Christ is described by John as the Son of God with eyes like a flame of fire and get like burnished bronze. He commends the church of Thyartira for its love, faith, service, perseverance, and increasing deeds. However, He reproaches them for tolerating a false prophetess (Jezebel) who misleads His servants into immorality and idol worship.
